3 years warranty - be on the safe side!

We are convinced of the products we sell and are extending the warranty to 3 years free of charge.

You will receive a 36-month warranty on all items purchased from us after July 1st, 2006 by end consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code. Beginning with the passing of risk. We provide a warranty for all defects occurring during the warranty period that can be proven to be due to a material or manufacturing defect. This voluntary guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable to other owners.

Excluded from the warranty are products that are subject to use-related or other natural wear and tear, e.g. B. strings, tubes, sticks, batteries, etc. or defects in the product, which are due to incorrect operation or non-observance of operating instructions, improper use, improper use, overloading or lack of maintenance and care or defects in the product, which are due to the use of accessory , supplementary or spare parts that are not original parts, or products to which changes or additions have been made or minor deviations from the intended condition that are irrelevant to the value and usability of the product. Our extended warranty excludes the paint and varnish of instruments, as well as used instruments. Returns of goods for our Extended Voluntary warranty are at the consumer's expense. The warranty period is not extended by the provision of warranty services in a proven warranty case.

The consumer's statutory right to liability for defects (§§ 434 - 453 BGB) is not restricted by the three-year warranty, but remains fully in place alongside the warranty.
